You can't measure JFK's head motion in 313 but you can still make a case

There is math but I tried to write it so you can get the gist without really following the math. The idea is that there might be a way to actually make the case that the shot in 313 could not have caused JFK's motion in that frame. I don't think it did. I think it was that early 60's power brake problem where they reacted violently though briefly to touching the pedal the wrong way. They cursed blurring in that frame might actually be put to good use. If you know any scientific historians looking for something to write a paper about, please pass this on.
