Fritz's Hand Movement

Just made a GIF of Fritz just before Oswald is shot.Some researchers suspect that the hand movement is a signal to Ruby motioning him to shoot Oswald.

Not to mention, there is the apparent issue of two car horns honking in a video of the shooting? Anyone ever get to the bottom of that mess?

The car horns have honked way before the shooting as therewas plenty of movement in the basement before Oz came down. At Von Pein's channel there is a long running and unedited tape of this and shows there s nothing suspicious about those horns.
