In my essay “Who was behind the assassination?,” I discuss the fact that both the TSBD and the 112th MIG covered the EXACT SAME five states in the U. S. Those states being Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana. I have recently come across the following interview where it is claimed that the Eighth Naval District also covers those very same five states:

Is it just a coincidence? I think not. As I discuss in my essay “Oswald, Fred Korth, and the Office of Naval Intelligence,” there is good reason to believe that Oswald was working for the ONI following his return from the Soviet Union; namely during his involvement with the FPCC in New Orleans.

At the 2015 ROKC conference in Melbourne, researcher Phil Hopley gave a very interesting presentation on the FPCC. One of the most interesting things he mentioned was that wherever the FPCC had an office or mailing address, there was a Hertz rent a car office. I find it curious that the TSBD had a Hertz rent a car sign on top of its roof at the time of the assassination. Take this in conjunction with what I mentioned in my first post about Oswald, the ONI, and the Eighth Naval District.

Bingo! Once again, he is associated with an entity with a history of anti-subversive activity. 

His own "delinquency" ( a trait suspected of being a possible precursor to radicalization) started from his 13th birthday and ended with John Pic leaving the anti-subversive PSU. Then onto New Orleans and an association with the CAP unit led by Ferrie who was involved in organizing CAP's own anti-subversion unit. 

Then on separation from the USMC into the USMCR, he is attached not to the ND of his home state or state of former residence as we should expect to see, he is attached to one that has a history of anti-subversion intelligence activity.*

IMO, here is who ultimately sent Oswald over to the Soviet Union - on a mission specifically requested by Ike (and ultimately betrayed by the CIA who had been charged with mission support functions). "On Dec 28, 1955, NCS 5412/2 took the policy approval function away from the OCB and placed it where it now resides, in the hands of State, Defense and the designated representative of the President." Note that Treasury is ever present in the background - i.e. Percival Flack Brundage of Albert Schweitzer College fame.

I will accept his attachment to the 9th as non-suspicious if someone can explain to me why it would/could happen. 

Reservists were (I am told by a reliable source) commonly used in Cold War intelligence missions. Marguerite herself claimed Lee was in Russia as an anti-subversive agent - which is an understandable misconception on Marguerite's part given Lee's attachment/proximity to anti-subversion activity from the age of 13, and possibly not really understanding all the possible terminologies.

From Hosty's Church Committee testimony:

Hosty: There is no ONI in Dallas. The ONI in New Orleans serves the Dallas area.
Schweiker: It serves the whole area?
Hosty: Yes, Sir; I think that's the 9th Naval District. They have a branch in Dallas, but it's not an office of record.

If I understand this correctly, the 9th Naval District - based in Chicago - was where ONI was HQ. As such, they had branches in the HQ of other Naval District HQ's, which in turn had sub-offices in other cites they covered.

So... ONI in New Orleans and Dallas both answer to the 9th Naval District in Chicago to which Oswald had been attached.

Oswald never picked up Marxism in New York (that will be thoroughly debunked in volume 3 - the whole story of it was purloined from historical fact in another famous case). He was learning under instruction from Ferrie. In fact, if you read the FBI reports of his NO acquaintances, it is clear he was trying to entrap them in exactly the same manner as informants who help for example the FBI entrap people - inveigling them to attend Communist group meetings.

Thanks, Stan and Jake. Good stuff, Greg. As you write in your book, the PSU worked with the FBI and the ONI in "ridding Ports of subversive elements." Hmmm... a bit like Oswald and his involvement with the FPCC. I just know there are idiots out there who will dismiss it as being irrelevant. Fuck em!

I find it quite curious that the ONI “didn’t” have a record of Oswald distributing FPCC leaflets to the crowd. Is this further evidence that Oswald was working for the ONI during his time with the FPCC? I wouldn’t bet against it.
