Jerry Belknap

Post by greg parker on Tue 06 Jun 2017, 8:55 am

Jerry was not epileptic.

He did have fainting spells. He did take medication for it. That medication was potentially the cause of his early death if he was abusing it.

He was from Irving. His family possibly attended the same Baptist church as the Randles.

He has long been suspected of being a fake to delay the ambulance or cause a distraction.

That's possible, but the main point is that the story he gave the FBI makes sense once you work out what his real medical condition was.

I started by eliminating epilepsy. He claimed that he took medication which made him feel better after a fainting spell. There is no medication that will do that for epilepsy.

He claimed these fainting spells started after an automobile accident. But no brain trauma will cause long lasting fainting spells. They would be short term only from concussion.

This leaves one option, resulting in damage to another part of his body which would cause such ongoing fainting spells and for which here was indeed medication which would make you feel better after having such a turn.

This will be discussed in my third volume in more depth.

If Belknap was part of the plot, they picked the right guy because his cover story was real.

I think that he was most likely just an innocent bystander.

So he can cause himself to faint or pass out if he knowingly does not take his medication.

Increases the possibility. Doesn't make it certain.
