Anatomy of Lee Harvey Oswald's Interrogations

Post by barto on Thu 07 Sep 2017, 1:30 am

http://www.prayer-man.com/anatomy-of-lee-harvey-oswalds-interrogations/

This went much deeper than originally scoped. It is just over 300 pages.
My second paper of 4 on 'Prayer Man More Than A Fuzzy Picture'.

In this I talk about the happenings inside the D.P.D. while Lee Oswald was incarcerated. It is splitt in half. First the settings and the law enforcement officers involved. And then the legal side of it which proved to be most enlightening.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I had in making it.

Best and ROKC on!

BK

Bart, it, along with its companion pieces and Stan's book, should be regarded as essential readings in this case.

Looking real good, Bart. "ROKC solid" stuff not found anywhere else.

I was a little surprised you used all of the memes I made for you last year, as a few "pushed the envelope" as it were. But then, you're a ROKCer so I shouldn't be surprised at all.

Well done.

Lance Payette at the Ed Forum wrote:I scrolled through all 308 pages of the PDF, and it is certainly a gold mine of information.  All of the incredible confusion, chaos, sloppiness and after-the-fact CYA scrambling strike me as exactly what I would expect if a Presidential visit had suddenly become a Presidential assassination, compounded by the murder of a DPD officer - and exactly what I would not expect if this had been any sort of organized conspiracy.
Lance is partially right.

There was chaos, but the chaos was created by allowing 300 reporters and cameramen into the building, and the pressure to allow FBI, Secret Service and Texas Rangers, among others, to sit in on the interrogations.

Take all that away and it comes back to being another garden variety case of the police being thrown a suspect and them grabbing him with both hands and making a case against him in all the usual garden variety and illegal ways... planting evidence, intimidating witnesses, junk science, denial of legal rights and etc.

It is not as cut and dry as Lance thinks it is. There are other aspects outside the remit of Bart's piece which put it in a different light.

Just read this quote on FB in relation to something else, but it fits perfectly here:

If you created the noise you can tune it out and navigate it. Your goals are not compromised.

I will add that in this particular scenario, the noise (chaos) itself is just camouflage.

I think Payette missed the memo. Like the old correlation = causation thingy.

All the chaos, sloppiness, and so forth would not have occurred in a normal case. The many-vectored spanner in the works is what assures us it IS a conspiracy. A casual student of the case may never notice it but those who study the deeper levels can easily see the mis-directions are carefully aimed AWAY from the guilty parties.

At least I thought it was obvious.

Re: Anatomy of Lee Harvey Oswald's Interrogations

Post by greg parker on Thu 14 Sep 2017, 8:36 am

And we follow in the best tradition.

From a radio interview with Sylvia Meagher:

Sylvia Meagher I think that the evidence clearly demonstrates that Oswald was entirely innocent of this crime, and indeed of the two other crimes charged to him: the murder of Tippit and the alleged attack on General Walker. I would say this purely on the basis of the official published evidence.

I'm sorry that one aspect of the evidence has received quite inadequate attention, except perhaps from Leo Sauvage in his book The Oswald Affair, and that is Oswald's alibi...
She goes on to make some mistakes regarding that alibi, but despite that, she did an amazing job considering what little she had to work with.

It's a good interview for me as it also brings up the 2nd fl enc.
This segment starts at the exact bit when you click on the play button above. Goes on for about 5 mins.

First part of the new LoneGunmanPodcast just finished and it is up already. I am talking only about the interrogations itself, ok and bit about the 2nd floor clusterfuck as I just could not resist.

Part two in a week or so.
Hope you enjoy it

If you mean the rest of us should do podcasts...

Stan Dane already has a series of youtubes up on prayerman and the second floor non-encounter.

For myself, I do not come across well on tape (probably why I am a writer) although I did submit to a blog-radio interview in 2009 about a subject unrelated to this one... it was about a book on the Mayan Calendar end date of 12/20/2012 and why the world wasn't going to end... and what the Mayans really said. Research, yes, but not about JFK.

And after listening to myself on that one... nope, never again.

Some of these other blokes might do quite well. Ed Ledoux would be a lot of fun to interview, I should think, and Paul and Steely would be fun in quite another manner, I should think.

Of course, if you didn't really mean the rest of us should do podcasts... ignore all of the above.

You know...I totally forgot about Stan's videos (which I've bookmarked a while ago) and I did mean that all of you should but I definitely understand lol. Definitely going to check out that Mayan Calendar video and thanks Terry. I think this forum, as well as (from what I remember on the EF) Lee and Greg just had an air of no bullshit/nonsense" that I absolutely could relate to. I hate myself for either forgetting that RoKC existed back then or not learning of it sooner but I'd follow Greg's posts all the time because I had never seen anyone research the angles he was at the time I had read them.

Two podcasts here...

Paul interviewing Hasan and me interviewing Colin Crow
https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/rokccevents

The Paul and Hasan interview is terrific, though the quality of the recording isn't great. Interview starts after JFK speech just after the 13 minute mark.

The Colin Crow interview shows Colin to be a fantastic speaker.

Stan's informative and sometimes very funny videos...
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi09KE1b9q04bSIY4GgNOYQ

There are a number of interviews here with Bart Kamp.
https://www.spreaker.com/show/the-lone-gunman-podcast

I tried to do video shows years ago with Jim Olmstead, but my internet speed was too crappy, and the platform was unstable, so it never really worked.

Of those yet to do anything, I would love to hear Ed and Lee interviewed.

And not to forget my old friend, Jim who has an absolute wealth of knowledge.
