Conversations with Alan Dale

Post by greg parker on Thu 09 Nov 2017, 3:30 pm

My first talk with Alan Dale is now up. There is also a link to a discussion paper to accompany each.

Alan did a fantastic job at his end, in asking intelligent questions, guiding the talk generally and in the editing.

I hope everyone is able to cope with my accent and my own lack of expertize in giving talks like this. In the end, I would only want people concentrating on the info, and if the info gets across at all - job done.

There are a number of them still to come.

Excellent Greg!  Just finished listening to it.  You did a magnificent job getting the broad story mapped before heading into the detail.

I feel a slight sadness not being part of proceedings any longer when I hear you lay out the narrative and make sense of the story in the historical context.  But then I think about Cinque, Trejo, Josephs and Lifton and know why I left the researching behind.

I've been following the Harvey the Rabbit thread at the EF and I am no longer surprised by the depths that some of these pricks will sink to defend the shite they hawk.

Ego fuelled gang of utter turds.

But thank you for bringing some much needed sanity to things and a big shout out to Alan who is a great interviewer.

You are in excellent company with Alan and the people he has interviewed Greg. Major congratulations to you for this tremendous accomplishment. May this be the beginning of ever greater recognition for the work you've done.

Alan does a lot in the background that few know about and he is every bit as passionate as all of us here about getting closure on this case.

As much as I wish you would jump back in, I have finally come to a similar point as you.

Alan assures me he is very particular about who he supports. His support extends to the members here, not just me. I don't think I really achieved what I hoped to do... and that was to tie all of the research up in a cohesive whole. In the end, it was just too difficult, especially since we were doing the interviews at a fairly rapid rate and in no particular sequence. Still, the bones are there. I think there are a few things coming that will really rock a few boats.

Talk two is great. I couldn't listen to it in one sitting so it had me on the edge of my seat to get back and finish. You and Alan sound great discussing Prayer Man, etc. etc.

I definitely sense this leading to big things ahead. These interviews are the best place on earth at this time to hear the latest and greatest about the JFK assassination. Again, congratulations. You are one terrific interview and Alan is one terrific interviewer. He sets and holds the highest intellectual standards for seriously discussing the case, bar none. I am absolutely loving this.

Great interviews, Greg!

It is nice to be interviewed by someone as knowledgeable on the case already so you can skip over the really basic questions and get to the heart of what your research has uncovered.

Bravo!

I can hard wait for the next installment(s).

Thanks to all for the feedback. You all know I cringe at listening to myself, but I did manage to listen to these without too much pain, and that is down to Alan who is an absolute pro.

When it is all up, it is all out there. Hopefully it has some impact.
