Russian social network vk.ru contains 118 users named `Yuri Moskalev` - i.e., the combination of name and surname is rather common.

2 records, matching not only name and surname, but also father's name, showed up in Belarussian city of Vitebsk. However, one of these persons, with connections with KGB, is born in 1963...
