If, but some small chance, this turns out to be true. And this video shows another person shooting at JFK then shouldn't this man be charged with something?
He has been withholding evidence in an ongoing murder investigation of a president!

The only thing he's at risk of being charged with is selling a film he knows is fake. Were it genuine (which I strongly doubt), its not a crime to keep your mouth shut and your film footage to yourself.

It might be the slowest moving investigation in history, but surely you don't doubt the words of John Edgar Hoover? He did swear to it under oath, after all.

Hoover was the one I was thinking of when I typed that. It might of just been words on his part but I'm sure we could shame them into it.
