Yep, that's the short and sweet of it.
HEARSAY, of course, includes everything concerning doppelgangers.

Distractions include the Zapruder is faked theory, single bullet theory, Badgeman, Smokeman, Dogman, and other assorted boogeymen. Other distractions, IMHO, include the ballistic evidence and the autopsy evidence.

Just as one does not require the film showing PM to prove Oswald was there, a lot of the evidentiary mess is not required either.
