The article is a stupid reflection filled with lies, misconceptions, and misassigned appropriations. The one part he says LBJ was "great" at was the war on poverty. One commenter got it right as it created the massive welfare state we have today filled to a large degree with the inner-city populations.

LBJ was an idiot.

The REAL war on poverty was being done by MLK. After the Civil Rights Act was passed he began working to level the wealth divide in America. It's probably the reason he was shot in Memphis, not the Civil Rights thing as they keep reminding us every year on MLK day.

The media just can't keep from telling lies over the 60's and the events that shaped our lives. But all their trumpeting cannot alter the reality of what happened. The media are mouthpieces of the conspiracy and have been nothing but fake news for decades.

Their glowing reviews of LBJ are just part and parcel of their attempt at re-writing history. Seriously, last year I read that they were now saying JFK gave us Vietnam and LBJ gave us Civil Rights. They twist everything, the lying bastards!

LBJ: no hero, no good guy. A nasty piece of work who, unfortunately, did not die a few years sooner.

From what I've read Terry,  he was despicable, a horrible nasty piece of shite. 

He certainly was not one for the people. 

Anyone with that notion is either delusional or so brain dead that he or she can't possibly know anyways or an outrageous liar. Take your pick. You cannot defend the indefensible.

What he wouldn't do for money and power.

Makes me sick to see portrayals of him as man of honour and integrity. What a joke the! Fantasy!
