Wow, fascinating stuff, Greg.  Lots of question marks.  But the main point of why his name has failed to appear in this narrative is a very good one indeed.

Glad you found it interesting, Albert. "Stig" is one of the most careful and thorough researchers I've come across, and his work often (and happily for me) crosses into "my" territory. 

In the case of Lankford - I truly hope this piece sparks some further investigation.

I've got problems with it too. I get access denied. And then some sign in stuff. It's not so much the link is broken more that it's denying access unless you sign in with your details etc.
