2nd arrest?

AP report Gettysburg Times 11.22.63 p19:
FORT WORTH, TEXAS (AP) -
Soon after President Kennedy was assassinated today in Dallas, a white man
in his mid 20s was arrested in the Riverside section of Fort Worth in the
shooting of a Dallas policeman.
The man, who had black curly hair and wore a red shirt denied that
he was connected with the assassination of the President.
The youth was later identified as Lee H Oswald.
His hands were hancuffed and he was taken to Fort Worth City jail.

Donald Wayne House, Greg? The red plaid shirt is a bit strange. House's arrest shirt certain,y wasn't "plaid" but neither was Oswald's.

Unlikely.
House was described as looking like Oswald except noticeably shorter.
This old piece by Duke talks about photos appearing in Morrow's book and one by Larry Harris of an unidentified man under arrest. He goes into a bit of detail about the House arrest and then talks about this one separately.
Duke notes that different officers had different recollections about the House arrest and how House reacted - and further notes that House himself is in dispute with some of those officers.
I would not be surprised if the different recollections are due to some cops actually recalling this other arrest.
