Trejo No-No

paul trejo wrote:1.Oswald refused to give up his US Passport to the very last day.

2. He refused to join the Communist Party in Russia.

3. He refused Russian citizenship.

4. He was a poser.

5. Um, As soon as Marina crooked her little finger and said, "Let's go to the USA, honey," Oswald was packed and spent months fighting the system to get them all out.

6. That's what the paperwork actually shows.

7. The US State Department has all these records.

1.False. US Consul Snidely Whiplash kept the passport.

2 True and false. True that he never joined. That would have stopped him coming in from the Cold - and a return was always part of the plan. False that he ever refused to join. He was never asked or required to.

3. False. He was rejected and allowed to stay as a stateless person. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=1135&relPageId=368&search=stateless

4. Poser? Wha-?

5. Um. False again. He was arranging to go back to the US prior to even meeting Marina

6. False. It shows the opposite to just about all you said.

7. False - because all of the above claims are false. Which you would have known had you actually checked those records.

1/2 out of 7.

That's actually not bad for Paul. So well done, I guess!

1/2 a point is a welcome return to form for Pugsley. I thought he'd lost it when he dropped the Lee and Wes romance angle.
As they say, form is temporary, class is forever.

"My main objection is that by starting his essay....."

Pugsley, it was a devastating reply to a huge whopper you began by claiming that Oswald's neighbours phoned the police.
That's how the rest of us remember it.

I think I've got to the bottom of Pugsley's angst.

Lee 'Nostradamus' Oswald predicted in 1962 that Pugsley would come along and pretend to be a LHO defender.

From the LHO "Historic Diary"

"Where can I turn" To factional mutants of both systems? To oddball Hegelian revisionists out of touch with reality...."

Had a look at the links, Greg. I can't find the part where he says "if, and only if". Or ex General Walker.
They are old pages though.

Dialectically speaking of course!

Just read his post on Barto's EF thread. He's not sure if Fritz and Co lied about what LHO said. Holmes, the only one unaware of the Reid Technique definately lied.
There really is a deliberatness to his bullshit.

Yeah, I saw that. He's a piece of work isn't he?

Holmes never mentioned the Mexico City stuff because (imo) Oswald never went there. He added it to his WC testimony because by then he was on board with the frame. Either they forgot to brief him about the alibi stuff or they simply didn't care because they believed they had adequately covered by everyone else.

Guys, this stuff is a little too existentially Hegellian to me.

Why in hell did Pugsley open this can of worms? [rhetorical, yes, I know].

Fascinating though about Lee's diary included that bit about Hegel... I guess I'm going to have to dust off an older book idea: Lee Harvey Oswald, Time Traveler.

Why not? No shortage of story lines in that idea!
