I was wondering if anyone knows if Dr George Burkley had any type of background with the ONI?

I've had a look around without finding any suggestion he had such a background. If it's important, I'd be happy to ask some contacts if they know.

a trusted friend has been unable to find anything linking Burkley to ONI in his (very large) data base on the case.
