Anatomy Of A Second Floor Lunchroom Encounter

Last April I spoke about the second floor lunch room encounter as part of my Prayer Man presentation at the 14th DPUK seminar in Canterbury. Afterwards I wasn't happy with that segment to which Barry Keane suggested I'd write it up, which I did not realising the task that lay ahead.

Budgies aside, (not sure why you would call them Judyth and Baker), it sounds like Bledsoe's "maniac" description is in and it needs to be promoted. This looks like the first version.

There are these repeated early references to the description of him (as opposed to an unknown suspect) going out over police radio. But it has to be utter bullshit without his name also going out. 

The birds are Judyth and Lee, btw.  Judyth just screeches and shits all day, while mysterious brown paper parcels keep turning up in Lee's cage.

I think you're right about the description. After-the-fact and unflattering additions to add to the portrait of a killer.

A couple of interesting notes.

If the witness under discussion was Williams, why no mention of the other two who were supposed to be with him - and - if these stories are accurate, it is evidence that Williams never did go to the 6th floor, he only went up as far as the 5th just as he originally said.

As for Truly... the account given in the story titled "FBI TRACES RIFLE TO OSWALD" has Roberts claiming "Oswald" came in at 12:45. But that is also the time they have Oswald leaving the TSBD and being stopped and questioned by a cop and given the okay by Truly. That timing, I think, fits with the Rambler?   

Oh and a brief mention from the last story above of the fact that the curtain hung across a shelf, was strung up with string, but the string was sagging. Curtain rods anyone? Not that Lee was living there... just one of those things...

The whole Thayer Waldo story has never been nailed down as irrefutable AFAIK. Weisberg had a load of stuff on it but I could not figure out that this was true or not.

The departure thing reeks to high heaven, especially with Oz being at the top of the so called roll call list.

And yes I think Craig was right with the rambler and Oswald's sighting which means the bus / cab / Roberts is just bull......
