Kudlaty and the FBI

A mini backflip coming up.

The current debate on Kudlaty has made me reconsider - thanks mainly to the contributions of Mark Stevens.

Let's use this as the starting point.

The FBI did not, as claimed, go around consfiscating records from schools. The proper authorities were used to obtain those records. In Fort Worth, it was the police who obtained them for the WC.

Mark has convinced me - through the transcript of what Kudlaty actually said - that Stripling may have been an exception. 

Here is what I think may have happened.

The FBI was told on Friday by Robert that he attended Stripling and he assumes Lee did too. Robert's memory for timeframes was demonstrably terrible.  Lee would have attended if not for moving. the files from the previous school were forwarded to Stripling as per normal practice - probably because of lack of notification about the move.

At the time Robert talked to the FBI, they would have had little, if anything at all, on Lee's schooling. Now they had Stripling. They called the school principal and organized to get the records. They did this, not as part of any cover-up, but because there was an urgent need to gather data that might help portray Oswald as a "lone nut". 

All the file contained though, was those records from the previous school. 

If this is correct, then Kudlaty and his information were both manipulated to add to the "big picture" of the non-existent Oswald Project. 

That "big picture" is made up of similarly miscontrued or deliberately twisted evidence, manipulated witnesses, a hell of a lot of cherry-picking, and a lack of curiosity about following certain threads to their natural conclusion.

The theory is a thousand pages of examples of the above.
