There are distortions and manipulations like this all over the report. Where the facts don’t fit the story the government wants to tell, those facts are manipulated, or left out altogether. It’s the sort of thing we’re getting used to from this government...

No. This isn't about the Warren Commission Report.

It is from a story on an interim report into the Australian welfare system. But it could be on just about any government report from any where.

Its how they stay in business, Greg. They simply fudge the books like mafia accountants.

Sadly, the VA has been doing it for too many years. My dad passed while in the care of the doctors over at Phoenix's veterans hospital and they blamed it on "paperwork" even then.
