I don't believe it's a real take down of Stripling because there isn't really anything to take down.

All I've tried to do is compile the evidence in a cohesive manner and examine the statements.

It's really as though anyone who supports this didn't actually listen to what was said.

They reword or paraphrase to suit the argument.

You're right. Not a take-down of Stripling. A take-down of a con-job that the evidence is meaningful.

I think this says it all.

Kudlaty: Yes, he had to attend. I don’t...didn’t know Lee Harvey Oswald...I didn’t know he was a student there, but we wouldn’t have had a copy of (audio blip) some records for them had he not attended at least...you know even one day, we would have had a record...and that’s before...the best of my knowledge, or the best of my recollection, his records were incomplete in that they did not show a full year of attendance.

The first part of that answer seems to be a subconscious give-away. His reply is not "yes, he attended because I saw his records showing such attendance." His answer is based on the same assumption as Robert made. "Yes, he had to attend..." because that was the natural progression. And he follows it up by saying in effect, he had to have attended otherwise we would not have had his elementary records. 

In saying this, I have to admit I may have been wrong in claiming the records were not held at the school, though it remains the fact that when the FW school records were obtained through proper channels, it was through the school board. 

But based on the above passage, it appears as if Stripling did have something that had been forwarded by the elementary school in anticipation of Lee attending Stripling, and the fact that was there has forced Kudlaty, with a little help from his friends, to believe there must have been some record of Stripling attendance as well. I note that there is nothing in the transcript to indicate that Kudlaty was informed that officially, his attendance was not possible because he was living in New Orleans at the time.

I do continue to disbelieve that teacher after teacher advised Team Armstrong to contact Kudlaty. That seems like CYA to avoid admitting it was Jack White who pointed to him. If person after person named Kudlaty as the person to talk to, surely one of them explained why. Or Team Armstrong surely would have asked why. But apparently that never happened because Team Armstrong was shocked - shocked I tell you! when Kudlaty told them the FBI story.
