What’s the criteria for a fake witness? Demonstrable perjury? If that’s the case I’d add William Waldman. Waldman testified he found the microfilm record of the rifle sale to Oswald based on the FBI providing a record showing Klein’s had received the rifle on the night of the assassination, which is a bit complicated and probably a lie, but he also said he confirmed receipt of the rifle in his own records that night before finding the sales record, and that’s how they narrowed down the date of sale, which is 100% a lie. He didn’t “find” the receiving record until around 3:00pm on the 23rd during an interview with the Secret Service and he called the FBI afterwards.

Also what’s the deal with Veciana? I recently read Gaeton Fonzi’s book and yea the whole Oswald meeting Phillips/Bishop thing seems like a stretch but Fonzi made a solid case for his credibility.

It appears that Veciana made up or exaggerated many aspects of his story.
