It looks like Lightbown's book is back on for this October, after a long delay. Greg's link above still works and has the new publication date. The publisher has also scheduled a paperback edition for the second half of next year following the initial hardcover, so I'm assuming the book will really be coming out. I hope it does as I'm looking forward to reading it.
