Thanks Bart. I though there was something like that involved but my memory was too hazy to be sure.

What this shows is that Speer is either bullshititting about being told that if he saw the film, he would be convinced it is Lee, or the people who he talked to, bullshitted to him. 

I do recall thinking at the time  that it sounded very Fetzeresque. 

Anyway. all that's left to say is that Speer comes across as a calm, serious voice. And that does fool others. Glad to say it's not fooling anyone here.

Brian is a distraction and John wont be winning any court case with that non-alibi alibi of:
'I dont know where he was but certainly he couldnt be up on the sixth floor' precisely where circumstantial evidence was used to prejudge Lee and place him where he wasnt.
John, just a suggestion, at least have an idea where your client was and then properly claim he has an alibi for that time.
