The lone malcontent Gunman with no associates
Mon 05 Aug 2013, 6:29 pm
Ok, so explain to me like I'm a four year old. Why, if the Warren commission was right about whom LHO was, and whom they believed committed the crime, would the authorities in the name of national security classify documents connected with this case, "postponed in full" 'top secret" "never to be seen" or filed away, under Tax disclosure legislation. Just a thought

Mick,
I'm not sure how many files have been postponed regarding for instance, Mexico City, but to play Devil's Advocate, even an innocent CIA might still ask for them to be exempted from FOIA to protect sources, methods etc. There were many many operations happening in Mexico.
Is this a legitimate excuse? I don't know. All that matters is that it works.
On the face of it, it is ridiculous for the reasons you state.
