Bookhout in the far right corner in the back wearing dark rimmed glasses, with Winston Lawson just in front of him.

I'd recognise him anywhere...wasn't he the dude who dressed up as Jack Ruby, put on a toupee( and a merkin), went roaming around the basement of the Dallas PD( much like another basement in Sanibel Island no young slim men get out alive) before he "shot" poor old Hungarian Harvey with a blank. I can't remember if he had sunglasses or if "they" painted them on afterwards.
