Document 104-10268-1001 listed as #427 on pdf page 9 line 6 mentions a Cuban named Molina aka "The Hook". He was escorted to Cuba by DGI staff officer from the UN named Roberto SANTIESABAN with another Cuban named ORIHUELA. These men might be associated with Pedro Charles (letters).
Line 6 on pdf page 31 is as follows:
"6. Has subject ever heard of Mario del Rosario Molina, or Pedro Charles known also as "Peter"
SANTIESABAN is connected to LHO by AMMUG-1 A Cuban defector. I have not found your Molina yet in my old files but will ck as soon as possible if further research is needed.

Another missed opportunity. As far as I could find, no one bothered to contact this guy in his later years. He didn't appear to be hiding from anyone.
Thanks to Bart and his excellent site for introducing a humble newb like myself to this- great read if you haven't checked it out.

Molina did not want to talk about it, he has been approached by some.
My Molina page needs a huge overhaul actually.

There is something weird about Molina's statements, or lack thereof. I am talking about Nov 23rd.
So early in the morning of that day him and his fam are tossed out of bed while Bill Alexander W. P Gannaway and Jack Revill search the house on a so called John Doe warrant. They find fuck all and then Molina has to come in at 10 AM which he obliges to.
There statements are taken, one is about the GI Forum and his and others' memberships.
But that is all you get from that date. There is no Nov 23rd DPD affidavit at all about his movements and his position during the shooting. Not until that infamous date of Feb 18th 1964. You know the date when Leavelle showed up at Vicky Adams' door and rang the bell at an apartment she had only moved into the day before without being on the lease or any utility bill and i the following report by him where the encounter with Shelley and Lovelady was invented. Yes that date, and now where Bill Senkel created the report. And the reason why there is no report from the 23rd is that Molina did not wish to sign that report. That sounds odd as the above report from the 23rd shows his signature. So why is there this Senkel report which does not have Molina's signature at all. This smells so much.

Here's what I'm smelling: "At the time of the shooting he was standing in the front door and looked around after he heard the shots."
So he "looked around" eh? Didn't think it was fireworks. Didn't speculate about where they might have come from if they were shots. Didn't describe the thoughts and shock every single other first hand account described at that moment. No, for folks on the steps, the narrative lurches from those usual reactions to, he "looked around" and saw the list of people that of course doesn't include the guy standing right next him. Fabricated narrative concocted after the fact with knowledge of Oswald's presence on the steps along with a 'keep your mouth shut or you're a dead commie' chaser. That's what I smell.
Just like when Truly and Baker entered the vestibule (the real one) and "didn't see anyone". Oh really? No one? I don't think so.

This BS of him not wanting to sign.
Why not?
The DPD affidavit that he did sign was from a later interview he did with Revill. The interview he did at first has not seen the light of day. Well not until the Feb 64 version.
The FBI interview below has no info on any fellow employees on the steps/landing with him.
I mean he also spoke with the Feds, but Molina did two statements and spoke with Fritz.

We can pinpoint which interview session does not have the statement to cover for and ended up being transcribed by Senkel in Feb 1964.
Since that interrogation was done by a DPD Detective (Senkel?) and an FBI agent, it is safe to assume that the FBI report from the post above dated Nov 23rd is the one covering this session.

Question from reporters to Curry. Curry tells the media about a subversive who worked in the same building as Oswald they are questioning.
