Study of the Darnell film.
Sun 04 Feb 2018, 9:38 pm
I am using this thread to post some findings about the Jimmy Darnell film
5 women have managed to stand on the steps about 15-20 secs after the final shot.
Andrej Stancak noticed a short human figure on the landing on the very right side, possibly Pauline Sanders.
There's a short blond lady shortly below that and just above the 5 women who just joined, my money is on that being Sarah Stanton.

The women who stated they were standing on the steps were
Ruth Dean (all in black and IDed
Maddie Reese (wearing a rain coat IDed as well).
Judy McCully (her daughter told me that she had to say that on behalf of the FBI agent that interviewed her, she was actually on the 4th fl)
Pauline Sanders
Sarah Stanton
Two of these stated they stood on the top platform (Sanders and Stanton).
So that leaves two who are not IDed out of 5!
That leaves three (wo)men unidentified at the end of the Darnell shot.

Lee Oswald had an alibi, didn't he.
Not one he gave a tribunal.
Yet somehow he is "guilty" as charged.
The Justice department should rethink this.
Cheers, Ed

Too right he did Ed, and yes in Texas and for murder. Now Why can't the Buffoons from the justice department take another look at this. Why? The maynot be able to find the real killers but that's not the point here is it?

Precisely, its not the point at all, but reexamining knowing Lee is not the suspect would lead somewhere, ... they may not want to go there.
Because a critical examination makes the DPD and FBI look guilty. Justice Department always sides with (covers for) police on crimes they commit. Only when the Justice Department is forced to review cases by organizations like Innocence Project does justice's scales become freed.
We need a new organization, "Wrongful Arrest Led To My Death.org"
Here is the important part from Barry at the Innocence project
When interrogated by police about the events that transpired in the Houston bowling alley, his account “in no way synced with the actual crime scene.” Nevertheless, the outlet adds, “police were able to pressure Soffar into changing his story several times—from never even being present and only waiting in the getaway car, to only witnessing the murders, then, finally, to being forced by his accomplice to shoot people.” During his trial, it would be this twisted confession that would convince jurors to convict him and send him to death row.
In a 2015 open letter urging Texas Governor Rick Perry to intervene and allow Soffar to die at home, Innocence Project Co-Founder and Co-Director Barry Scheck similarly observed that Soffar’s case bore all the hallmarks of false confession.
“The three days of interrogation weren’t recorded. No other evidence inculpates him—no fingerprints, no witness identification and no forensic evidence,” wrote Scheck, adding that Soffar’s case, like so many others he has seen during his years with the Innocence Project, could have benefitted from the mandatory videotaping of the interrogation.
“The lesson we should learn is that the practices leading to wrongful convictions—including coercive and manipulative interrogations—occur throughout the criminal justice system,” he concluded.
“And they occur whether or not DNA evidence exists that proves innocence.”
So Greg Parker I suggest using Barry's words in another email to THE INNOCENCE PROJECT
Because even the founder believes such cases have merit, though no DNA to prove or disprove.
Oswald evidence has DNA to prove or disprove and that needs re-evaluation by Barry and IP

With the discovery that Judith McCully was on the 4th floor, it is safe to assume that the 5 women on the bottom steps of the front steps of the TSBD at the lower east part are the of the group of women that stood 30 ft in front of it in Wiegman. And were also making their way up on the west side. No Gloria Calvery malarky just pure common sense.

The powers that be seem quite determined not to let researchers have good quality version of the film.Makes you wonder what they are trying to hide.

They are hiding Sarah Stanton's make-over due to professional reasons Vinny.

Repost from EF guys, not sure how relevant it would be here but it touches on the terrible care and sinister activity by the PTB concerning extant films:

Just awful if accurate.

Small observation. Managed to actually see some more definition on the bottom lower left stairs, moreover the people ascending to it. There is a lady on the left who is looking to the left while at the bottom of the stairs. In all other copies it looked way too blurred and overexposed.
Perhaps Linda can match that style haircut with any of the TSBD women. Worth a shot?
