Dr. Samuel Blumenfeld's Manuscript Empty Dr. Samuel Blumenfeld's Manuscript

    Thu 12 Nov 2020, 7:09 pm
I ran across this online awhile ago and figured that it was worth posting for those researchers looking at the far right in the early '60s who are intrepid to follow up on rumors, pervasive at the time but now long forgotten, of Soviet infiltration of the American right. The author of this unpublished manuscript was a Jewish conservative and its marginal notes were apparently written by no less than Robert Welch, founder of the John Birch Society and candymaker-- creator of the Sugar Daddy and Junior Mints. Like novelist/rightwing activist/ "psychic" Taylor Caldwell the author was vehemently opposed to George Lincoln Rockwell and believed him to be a pawn of the USSR; she said so in her documented warnings to the FBI before JFK's assassination. I would remind readers to look beyond the patently absurd title of the book and its author's clear political biases.

I still don't know what to make of it.
