The 2 Lucille Connells

Doppelgangitis was rampant in Dallas.
I said in the Oxnard call discussion that I think Lucille Connell is a good "suspect" as the caller. AMORC member, bircher, possibly intel connected, and a control freak according to Sylvia Odio.
Lucille's husband was Clifford Lee Connell. As can be seen in his obit from 2008, Clifford had been married to Lucille Cole Hoffer Connell for 43 years at the time of his death. That takes it back to 1965. Oops. Can't be our Lucille - and it's not.
Our girl was Lucille Bass Connell And after the divorce, she married a guy named Light and moved to Long Island.
The problem is that various genealogy sites seem to have got the two Lucilles mixed up.
This site for example, has him married to Lucille Cole Connell first - and then Lucille Bass Connell.
But even more confusing is that one - or both Lucilles joined an exclusive club for female pilots.
Lucille Connell from the Dallas Chapter is mentioned numerous times in the organization's publication as being at the HQ - on one occasion at least, with husband Lee. Since these publications are from the late 1960s, it has to be in regard to Lucille Cole Connell - wife number 2.
But just to throw a spanner in the works, Sylvia Odio says in regard to Lucille being a rosicrucian, that she spent a lot of time in Oklahoma where the organization has it's HQ.
Except it doesn't. AMORC HQ his in San Jose, California. Sylvia got the locations of HQ possibly mixed up between AMORC and the Ninety Nines (the female pilot club) - which was indeed based in Oklahoma.
So was Lucille Bass Connell ALSO a member of Ninety Nines?
https://www.ninety-nines.org/pdf/newsmagazine/196909.pdf (shows Lucille and Lee Connell mentioned as about to tour Scandinavia and that son Temple passed as a flight instructor).
So... was Lucille BASS Connell also a pilot and member of the Ninety Nines? Or was Sylvia Odio's mention of her visiting Oklahoma often just a genuine mistake and she really meant California?
Also.. I am VERY interested in knowing if Clifford Lee Connell was related at all to Vera Sansom Connell... who married Fred Korth...
Ed? @LindaGiovannaZambanini?

Hmmm. Here is a Ninety Nines newsletter from 1961 in which Lucille and Temple Hoffer (first husband) are mentioned. https://www.ninety-nines.org/pdf/newsmagazine/196110.pdf
So it would appear that Lucille Connell the 2nd was the only pilot member of the Ninety Nines. Which suggests that Sylvia Odio knew BOTH lucille's and got the two confused by the time of the HSCA interview. Lucille COLE Connell certainly spent a lot of time at a HQ in Oklahoma, but it was the HQ of Ninety Nine Org, not AMORC.

Lee Connell relatives to Texas via Alabama and Mississippi 1840s
Vera Connell relatives to Texas via Tennessee 1816
Not interrelated imo.
Cheers
