new shumpcast

This is all a blur. Don't recall what was asked or what I said. But it was fun and a bit different.

They are a couple of comedians from Melbourne who have an interest in the case, but certainly do not specialize in by any means. Ironically, they only found out about me by hearing my name and nationality mentioned on a US podcast featuring my mate Mark Groubert. Obviously a popular podcast cos a few people contacted to let me know he'd mentioned me...
I can't listen to myself, but the two lads assured me it was all good.

Damn good stuff Greg! Those Aussie guys brought the best out in you. Can't wait for the next one. Loved it.

Thanks Jake. I was a bit worried about going on at first because I thought maybe they were going to just mock the subject for cheap laughs. But I litsened to one of their other podcasts (with a famous jazz trumpeter here in Oz) and liked what I heard, so I got back in touch and just straight out asked if they were going to take the subject seriously.Jake_Sykes wrote:Damn good stuff Greg! Speaking to them off air, they told me they had been interested in the case going back to I think the 8os or 90s - though the interview itself kind of showed they may have been reading the wrong books... watching the wrong shows.
Anyhow, I think they mentioned another one for the 60th...
