John Pic and Biological warfare

I first posted about Pic and his activities at various bases and hospitals as they coincided with certain experimental programs in 2003. The material formed part of my first (failed) attempt at writing a manuscript on this case, and I decided instead, to send the material for display at Cyril Wecht's 2003 symposium, and to post excerpts to various forums.
