This appears to be more unreacted versions as far as I have seen so far tonight...
DRAFT:HISTORY: LEE HARVEY OSWALD FIRST CAME TO CIA'S ATTENTION
Page 11 of this was Page Denied in previous releases but is included in this one...Some other redactions appear to be place names and one about Arthur Martin MI5 and Ian Maxwell and Harold Wilson being a Soviet agent is unredacted at the end

They say they first heard of Oswald on Oct 31, 1959. But is that true?David Butler wrote:This appears to be more unreacted versions as far as I have seen so far tonight...

John Donovan contacted the CIA on Dec 1, 1963 to say he could furnish names of people Oswald associated with in the Marines. The memo about this contact says they in fact knew Donovan would be contacting them because they had two agents embedded in Donovan's Reserves Unit.
If they had people embedded in reserve units, and we know they had people at Atsugi, then why not at El Toro as well? Hell, what about Ferrie who had an almost certain association with the agency?
