The ebook was released on July 31st and I kept it mostly quiet since I was working hard on the hard copy version and once that was released I would start shouting it from the rooftops. 

It took 2.5 weeks just to get things sorted in a manner that was satisfactory to me and then I had the 'pleasure' of having to wait for it, two weeks,  to arrive on my doorstep to check out copy number 0.

I am disapointed in the screen/tv size.
..For such a long room I'd expected a 100" display.
Bart's presentation deserved LARGE FORMAT.
