I know we have been through this one decades ago, but I am finding that due to the hype and (surprisingly good) MSM coverage I am fielding questions about this theory every day on Facebook.
Any debunking links here would be greatly appreciated. Then I can just link to this discussion
Cheers guys!

Frankie, I have taped it, but haven't watched it yet.
I wouldn't try and debate him on the ballistics. I'm not qualified to do that. Let him have his fantasies about that.
What I have already challenged him on, through an intermediary, is his characterization of his investigation as being a typical cold case investigation.
Like I said, I haven't seen the document yet, but I have searched his book on google books, and the word "alibi" appears once. All he says is that Oswald claimed to eat lunch with Junior Jarman and Jarman vehemently denied this happened. So that was that.
Call it what you want - but don't call what McLaren did a "cold case" investigation. In a REAL cold case investigation, any alibi given by a suspect at the time, is thoroughly investigated as far as it can be, to determine it's validity. All McLaren has done is refer to the Warren Commission Report. He has not bothered reading a single fucking report, statement, news clip - anything - let alone try and track down surviving witnesses - in order to validate a singe word of the report (in regard to the alibi).
It is a disgrace, and at the same time, says something rotten about society, that this numbat gets all this publicity while for example, the real case work done by Sean Murphy will eventually be consigned to page 5,236 of the ed forum.
Just as well I have no blood pressure problems, cos this is the stuff that makes my blood boil....

Thanks, Greg.
I haven't watched it either, and I won't unless I really have to. I did read the book about 7 years back..
From what I understand this theory has the single bullet theory as a foundation and can't work without it. Since the SBT has been disproved for 50 years now, I can't really see how this has come back.
I feel like it's fast becoming the Warren Commission conspiracy theories.

sorry, I should have been clearer - not talking about the old book. McLaren has brought one out to coincide with the documentary.

just try and ignore the fact that I said I was going to make two points - but made 3 (the third one was a different point altogether and didn't mean make it "point 3". One day, I'll catch all those glitches and gremlins BEFORE I post. Or not! )

For me,
Its the same question that has to be answered before we can look for the answer
"Where is Front" relative to where JFK's head was pointing.
And then there's the question about "back splatter"
