Ruby allegation by Charles Woods

Charles Woods, President of WTVY, made the claim to the FBI that about two weeks before the assassination, Jack Ruby met with a John Paul Jones, who was allegedly affiliated with “Murder incorporated”:

I have no firm opinion on the allegation by Woods, and what it could possibly mean, but I just wanted to throw all this out into the open.
