a little help from anyone with keen eyesight

We have something ticked in "general". Can anyone make out what it is?
We have something ticked in "ears". "Unable to hear questions" is what I get.
We have something ticked in the last category. Can anyone make out what the category is and what is ticked (and deemed important enough to circle?) Or make an educated guess? The second word looks like "disturbances".

I'm stumped on the one ticked in "General," but I'd guess the last category might be "Symptoms" and the term checked in it is "Intestinal disturbances"?greg parker wrote:" /

Well, let's see if the other ones in "General" give us any clues. The first two look like "Appears not well" and "Tires easily" and the last two look like "Poor concentration" and "Poor appetite(?)" Could our mystery word possibly be "Pallor"? (wife's suggestion)
P.S. I love the last two on the list..."Nail biting" and "Excessive use of lavatory"

Oops, I see Stan just thought of pallor, too.
