I like this quote: "THE SMALL SECRETS NEED TO BE PROTECTED. THE LARGE ONES ARE KEPT SECRET BY PUBLIC INCREDULITY." MARSHALL MCLUHAN.
I also agree 100% with John where he quotes Hardway as saying "under many CIA operations there's another operation in play." I found this occurring in my research on the Gaitan hit and also when looking at Oswald's defection - the latter an area that will be further exposed to the light of day in the coming months.
