The Old Man with the Long Jacket

Sorry that I can only just post links to the photo but a brief history about where I obtained it...
I had met a lady [here in Dallas] who was selling some JFK assn books and she had a collection of 8X10 photos.
The pictures had belonged to Roger Craig. Now many or most...everyone has seen.
The one picture that has not been too well publicized is this old man wearing this ridiculous looking
suit jacket. Upon observation it just seems that something might have been hidden underneath perhaps.
On the right side it almost looks like the outline of some kind of pipe shaped object. In his left lapel pocket is
a cigar pack? A harmonica? A rifle clip? Is he under arrest or is he being being escorted from the [TSBD?]
Roger Craig lightly penciled on the back and made the arrow pointing to "Bill Alexander" and the old man who he
thought might be H L Hunt [it isn't] The old man was never identified as far as I know.

I think the pipe-shaped object is simply a fold in the suit. There is a similar fold in the suit on this person’s right side. I suspect that this was an old suit worn by an elderly guy that lost weight.

Not enough info to make a judgement about the object in the pocket. If this guy was in custody, wouldn’t he hsve been searched?

Danny Arce said he saw the old man leave. Perhaps a different old man.

Just to be fair, here is Freddie Flintstone being taken in for questioning after being picked up in Dealey Plaza, but as we can see, his suit is not a quite a match. Flintstone, according to first day reports, was picked up in the parking lot claiming to be looking for his lost kitty cat.




Here is the real culprit.
