Lee Harvey Oswald's Fingerprints

As an addition to Lee Harvey Oswald's interrogations paper I have delved into the fingerprints, the palm prints and the nitrate test. It all comprises of 16 pages of material which i have split into three sub chapters.

The men were ordered by Fritz to do the paraffin test and the fiinger/palm printing in his office, instead of the evidence room. 

According to hicks, they did the finger/palm printing first and then the paraffin test. The combination of doing them in that order in a room with no handwashing facilities makes perfect sense - if you are framing someone.

There is nothing boring about any aspect of this case. I can honestly say I even find Ruby's mother's medical records fascinating - including those damn dental x-rays.

This is really bizarre. If I’m understanding this correctly, both of the two cards displayed by Doughty in the DPD hallway appear to be missing?

You might be able to get the RIF you mention ending in -48 by requesting it from NARA. I ran into the exact same thing in Blunt’s archive. There was an HSCA file that was just an FBI withdrawal form in the Blunt archive but the NARA database said it was released in full. I requested it and got the full document. It was not what I thought it would be and was just a copy of something that’d already been released in 8 other places, so I have no idea why it was withdrawn after the initial release - but it was there. I bet it’s the same sort of thing going on here i.e. Blunt copied that file from NARA before its final release.

Yes Tom, Malcolm got this before the releases.

I inserted more info from the Nov 23rd lifts, had it in a diff section of the interrogations paper and had forgotten about that. Now it is all complete.
