I agree with you Martin. I loved everything Candy did, such as Uncle Buck, Armed and Dangerous, and Planes, Trains and Automobiles with Steve Martin, where Candy reveals his wife is dead at the end—he was flat out great. Had he lived I think he would have turned more to drama like Robin Williams did. (I just now heard Robin passed away; may he rest in peace.)
