- Imagine if the FBI had given the Warren Commission (WC) Oswald's Stripling JHS records from 1954 to compare with his Beauregard JHS file
One would indeed need to use one's imagination since no such records existed. Old school records are kept at the district office, and the Fort Worth school records were requested through that office. If such records existed, it would be necessary to add the District School Board to list of "Oswald Project" conspirators.
- Imagine if the FBI had given the WC Oswald's unaltered NYC school file, to compare with his truancy and time spent at Youth House
The FBI did give the WC Oswald's unaltered NYC school records. Indeed, they had to go to a judge to get them. Must we now add that judge to the co-conspirator list? The problem is not the school records it is the people interpreting them. And as usual, they are the only ones who can perceive the alterations.
- Imagine if the FBI had given the WC HARVEY Oswald and LEE Oswald's Beauregard School records to compare for the 8th grade in the Spring of 1954
As with the first question, one would need a great imagination. The same old ploy here. Start from the premise that "Harvey" has been proven to exist and then pose questions around that bogus premise.
- Imagine if the FBI had given the WC Tarrant County tax records which showed Marguerite Ekdahl's purchase of 101 San Saba on July 7, 1947
Imagine if Armstrong had made this document available online somewhere so it could be scrutinized since the official story puts the purchase exactly one year after this. Imagine that John and Robert stayed in that house during summer vacation. Imagine the shock at finding their mother had turned from a tall nice looking compulsive grinner to a short dowdy frump and that their brother was now looking like a Dachau survivor (According to the H & L Brains Trust, the real Marguerite was renting the place to the fake Marguerite....) Imagine that according to John Pic and a neighbor, the street had no name at that time.
Mr. JENNER - Excuse me, was that 101 San Saba?
Mr. PIC - No, sir; I don't know nothing about 101 San Saba.
Mr. JENNER - Do you recall the street you were on in Benbrook; this first house?
Mr. PIC - There were no streets. We used a post office box number up at the post office there. Because I was sending away for stamps at the time from different companies, and I was collecting stamps and I would go pick up the mail at the post office.
Mr. JENNER - The first house in Benbrook was on Granbury Road, that is your recollection? That is the one you have already mentioned heretofore?
Mr. PIC - Granbury Road is familiar, sir, if that is the one that is way far south of town on Granbury Road, then that is it.
Mr. JENNER - Well, there is a letter in the file at the Hunt Military Academy in October of 1945 informing them that a new address would be Granbury Road, Route 5, Box 567 in Benbrook.
Mr. PIC - That is the one further south of Fort Worth.
Mr. JENNER - That is the first one?
Mr. PIC - Right.
Mr. JENNER - The house you are now mentioning in Benbrook was the summer of 1948 is different from the first one?
Mr. PIC - Yes, sir; it is.
Mr. JENNER - You can't remember the street address?
Mr. PIC - There was no street address. This was the first and only house built there.
At that time the street [San Saba] was part of Route 5... FBI 105-82555 Oswald HQ File, Section 139
http://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=58970&relPageId=46&search=%22san_saba%22
The first Benbrook address on Granbury Rd was also part of Route 5
See above in Pic's quoted testimony
"new address would be Granbury Road, Route 5, Box 567 in Benbrook."
Imagine if Armstrong could even manage to lie straight in bed. He claims the building in the background of this phot0 shows a motel built by an Oswald neighbor. http://digitalcollections.baylor.edu/cdm/compoundobject/collection/po-arm/id/19315/rec/13 It shows no such thing. According to John Pic, it was the local grocery store.
Mr. PIC - Exhibit No. 55, sir, shows Lee's dog and the family car- This car belonged to us, that is why I brought it. The house in the background was the one and only grocery store, groceteria, whatever you want to call it, and laundromat in the area. This is where we did all of our food buying.
Mr. PIC - This was the same dog Lee had in 1948 when we returned from the school. Exhibit No. 54 shows the same store in the background and Lee Harvey Oswald, and a dog named Blackie. And to the right of the picture is the roof and corner of the house.
I'll pass on copying and answering the rest. It would be going full Pugsley and beating a dead horse.
This had to be done though because the latest claim is that "the Oswald Project" started with the purchase of the 101 San Saba address so that the fakes could move in.
All witnesses (except one) including the two sons, stated that Marguerite and Lee moved there in 1948 post divorce. It was a remote new estate and by all accounts, a very small place - so small that Marguerite and Lee had to sleep together, while the older boys, on their return from the military academy, had to sleep on the veranda. The point being, it probably went very cheap, and Marguerite had obtained $1200 from the divorce as well as any residual cash she had from her allowance and from past house sales and insurance claims. It is necessary to bring this up because the claim seems to be that the money for the purchase came from... yup "the Oswald Project".

Imagine there's a Harvey
It's easy if you try
He doesn't look like Lee at all
To say so is a lie
Imagine all the people wearing fezzes today
You may say I'm a schemer
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the Foo will be as one
It's easy if you try
He doesn't look like Lee at all
To say so is a lie
Imagine all the people wearing fezzes today
You may say I'm a schemer
