Dallas 1961 City Directory.
This may be old hat to some, but I just ran across this. I don't know how many times in the past when I wished I had access to one.

In yet another of these strange coincidences that surround the case, Kenneth Croy (1658), JD Tippit (1919) and Carl Mather (2018) all lived on the same street (Glenfield Ave).
