scenario
Thu 16 Nov 2017, 9:04 am
Lee Harvey Oswald was not killed. He goes to trial and is sentenced to death. By some miracle, that is commuted to life, but he is rotting in jail and still proclaiming his innocence.
You, as an appeals lawyer, are well aware of the DPD and Wade reputation for framing innocent people. You decide to try and help Oswald by finding new information that will help prove his innocence.
As a starting point, do you
a) Go looking for mole hunts in the CIA?
b) Blame Israel?
c) Try and prove Bishop is Phillips?
d) Interview James Files?
e) Ask for Phillip Shenon's advice?
f) Read and follow all of Douglas Caddy's links to National Inquirer articles he provides at the Ed Forum?
g) Wait for all of the files to be released unredacted and see what they say?
h) Gather all the information you can about his alibi to try and establish whether it has any validity?

I would say A), C) & H), period, but thats me and I'm open to being educated. I think A) could possibly reveal some very damaging information relating to the case (Simpich theory) that could also (and possibly again) uncover leads as to who was involved with the LHO episode in Mexico City.
