They visited the house in 1949? LOL. There is zero evidence of any such "visit".

John Pic describes the photos as showing shops and the corner of their house in the background. This can't be Benbrook.

Mr. PIC - Exhibit No. 55, sir, shows Lee's dog and the family car- This car belonged to us, that is why I brought it. The house in the background was the one and only grocery store, groceteria, whatever you want to call it, and laundromat in the area. This is where we did all of our food buying.

Mr. PIC - As far as the neighborhood was concerned.
Mr. JENNER - There is some writing at the top of the picture, what does it say?
Mr. PIC - This says "Blackie, 1949."
Mr. JENNER - Blackie was the name of the dog?

Mr. JENNER - Take that other exhibit and tell us what it was.
Mr. PIC - This was the same dog Lee had in 1948 when we returned from the school. Exhibit No. 54 shows the same store in the background and Lee Harvey Oswald, and a dog named Blackie. And to the right of the picture is the roof and corner of the house.
Mr. JENNER - The house in which you lived?
Mr. PIC - Yes, sir.

The Guru, as some may recall, had the Bell's driving Marguerite to buy her groceries while she lived on San Saba in Benbrook (despite her having her own transport). Yet the photos show the "groceteria" straight across the road. The photos had to have been taken back in Fort Worth, or previously on Granbury Rd Bebbrook, circa 1945 or in Covington.

If however, the Fez persists that this is San Saba in Benbrook, someone needs to ask how Pic is saying that is "where we bought our groceries" since the Guru has the fake Marguerite and fake Lee living there without the older boys.

The Fez sez... this is "Harvey" at 101 San Saba, Benbrook circa 1947. Does that really look like a 9 year old kid? Apart from that, the fact that they were NOT living in Benbrook in 1947 and Pic described the alleged motel as a "groceeria" and washeteria?

If it is Benbrook, it is 1945 when they were living on Granbury Rd. That would make Lee around 6 - which matches how old he looks in the photo. Otherwise the photo is from Fort Worth or Covington.

The more they post the more people will see how ridiculous their theory is. Most posters there don't even post in the Harvey Lee threads. Only a small number there participate in the discussions. This indicates than even at the EF it is only a minority view.
