So Barto, those images you posted above show something (it doesn't matter what it is as we shall see) immediately to the right of the lunch room door as the camera follows Dan Rather during his retracement of alleged steps. Below is an image taken from the same video, only this time it is from the FBI reenactment. As can be seen, it is at 7:00 into the video. Note that there is nothing to the right of the door to the lunchroom and that whatever it is in that location in the other image is gone in this image. This means it's a portable piece of equipment (something temporarily put there), but in any case, because it is portable, it can not have the water and sewer drain connections required for a water fountain. There was never a water fountain in that location.

Jake the still grab you show is similar to the one I posted from the copy of the Barry Ernest BOR "50 years" video I posted a few years ago before Palamina on YouTube at the very top of this thread. This is from the USSS re-enactment done on Nov 27 1963.
The colour re-enactment is from CBS and I do not know when exactly this was done, but one thing is for sure it is from after the USSS re-enactment. And what we see is obviously Sarah Stanton's ghost going thru the corridors leading to the lunch room getting another coke for Oswald.
