Enclosed are a few documents that might be worth scanning.

To be sure you are aware of developments, I enclose a recent report to CHALLENGE supporters. I founded the group to help pay for libel suits I instigated. The suit in London [ ? ] here (not financed by CHALLENGE) has a trial date in March.

Copies of the New York Times and Washington Post stories that, along with the chapter cleared by the CIA for my book, will give me more leeway to talk about the photos and phone taps. 

I will be having lunch on Monday next with a fellow who was an investigator for the House Committee. I hope he can provide more background on Eddie Lopez.

A friend is mailing a copy of Weberman's book to me. He says it will [be] published by a Nigerian who owned Third World Press, now defunct. 

[ ? ], [ ? ] and the young people on Blakey's House staff were the ones who tried desperately to find evidence that CIA was involved in the assassination. Their Guru on the staff was Gaeton Fonzi. He is the one who is responsible for spreading the story that I was really "Maurice Bishop". Anthony Summers picked up the story from him.

When Fonzi published a 10,000 word article in Washingtonian magazine saying I was a conspirator and that Blakey and [ ? ] were dimwits Blakey was furious. He undoubtedly was responsible for the enclosed letter about Fonzi from Michael [ ? ]. That and the Florida [ ? ] about Fonzi will give you a feeling for the Fonzi-Lopez-[ ? ] school of conspiracy frenzy. 
 
[ ? ] the London Times review of Summers' first two conspiracy books.  His most recent, you will recall, was the Marilyn Monroe book that suggested Bobby Kennedy was in Los Angeles with her the night she died.
