At 1.55 you can hear the description of the suspect.It does not match Oswald much. Could it be referring to the guy who Howard Brennan allegedly saw?

Possibly the man seen by both Howard Brennan and Marrion Baker?

Sawyer broadcast: approximately 30, slender build, height 5' 10'', weight 165 pounds

Brennan affidavit: white man in his early 30's, slender, nice-looking, slender and would weigh between 165 and 175 pounds...light-colored clothing

Baker affidavit: white man approximately 30 years-old, 5' 9'', 165 pounds, dark hair and wearing a light brown jacket
