WC <------> Dallas Police

Looks like the WC had a few questions regarding the DPD and their 'bits' while they had Oswald incarcerated.

We see this time and again with this commission: internal memos highlghting troublesome areas or witnesses, followed by a plan to address same-- and then--- nada. 

All of the points raised are very good, pertinent points -- so where is that list of patrons?

Where is there any clear cut hard evidence suggesting "probable cause" in the arrest. 

That question is one both myself and Mick have been trying to answer so it can be addressed in our screenplays.

Let's say LHO entered the TT with a ticket. If he was the last patron to enter before the arrest...no problem. Say he ducked in and lose the ticket.
What if a patron or two entered after him?  There would be a break in the sequence of ticket numbers checked.
Can't have that or any independent witnesses to the arrest.

What proof and on who's say so was LHO the last patron to enter the TT prior to the arrest?

No Proof whatsoever, and Brewer helped everyone to believe he entered that theatre at 1.30pm. Brewer is implicated IMO Lee most likely entered that Theatre at 1.00pm or near enough to....nuff time for anyone else to duck in after that.
