Warren Commissioner's in-house Deliberations

1. McCloy's wife is suspicious because she tried unsuccessfully to help a US citizen bring his Russian wife over.
2. Russell doesn't trust the CIA and believes they will doctor anything they hand over.
3. They had heard from Life that Marina was going to testify that Lee was a Soviet agent. Russell adds that "that will blow the lid off the whole thing".
4. They were worried that Marina would flee the country if they did not keep a leash on her.
5. The press hounded Olds into requesting to see Marina, to make sure she was not being "unconstitutionally restrained". They then try and construct a scenario in which she is tricked into denying them permission (i.e. having her lawyers advise her against talking to anyone.

On Rowland and his IQ, from https://reopenkennedycase.forumotion.net/t34-was-eddie-piper-on-the-6th-floor
The rest of the report is dedicated to tearing down Rowland's testimony regarding his IQ and his scholastic achievements. Though he had clearly overstated his academic record, the report does indicate he had an IQ test in 1959. Unfortunately, the FBI, in its wisdom, blacked out the score, while claiming in its summary that it was 109 (Rowland had said it was 147).
Having located Rowland several years ago, he clearly had to have been a bright student. He ended up with a career in computing. Unfortuantely he never responded to any of my emails.
Funny how the commission went after some witnesses like this - but never the ones that supported theor case.
