Ed, I think you're right. I've since seen a front-on view and despite the hair looking dark from the back, the front view seemed to indicated a color similar to what your photo shows. 

Which ends the train of thought I was on - but it always going to be a long-shot anyway.

Dickerson's FBI statement said she was with Mrs Billy Clay and that she worked in the TSBD for Allyn & Bacon, Inc. I can't identify any male employees of that company on steps - but maybe she using is the term "one of my associates" a little more loosely?

Only other person perhaps whom could be near the light pole and alone is Hendrix, but she made it seem like by the third shot she had already started running for the building (TSBD)

I think you're right that it was probably Molina. Which hows how quickly they they were looking at him as a suspect.

He should have been questioned, but one can assume Truly and Shelley wanted him gone so he could not establish his alibi on the spot with witnesses like Shelley. Having Lee accused of a cops murder sealed the case and shut off any shouts of innocence from co-workers like Carolyn Arnold.

From behind, she looked to have dark hair. The white blouse and plaid skirt were popular clothing items with a particular dark-haired female who LHO requested not to be brought into this...

But that was ruined when I saw her from front on and it appeared she was a ranga (a red-head).

Another option for the "associate" could be the manager of Allyn and Bacon - Stephen (LN forgotten). The FBI report is unclear whether or not he was there with his wife...
