the witness marked "c"

Post by greg parker on Sun 25 Dec 2016, 11:36 pm

Has the person marked "C" ever been positively identified?

Also is it a plaid skirt she is wearing?

No, and Yes.

D is Aurelia Alonzo, so could C be Bennett (Dickerson)?

Dickerson says:
I remember turning
and walking back toward the building,
noticing one of my associates was still
standing near the front door as he had
been when I came out. I don’t know if it
had even registered with me yet that the
president had been shot,” Sue stated, as
dazed now as she had been then.
Although Sue knew
him, (OSWLAD) she hardly ever saw him.
“We were questioned by the police, the FBI and,
later, the Warren Commission. Initially,
they suspected my associate, whom I
had seen near the door. Thankfully, I
was able to tell them it couldn’t have
been him, because there wouldn’t have
been time for him to be outside, go up
and shoot the president and come back
by the door,” Sue remarked with a sigh...

Whom was the associate 'he' ??

Anyways worth a stab as Calvery was not where she said she was next to, she was next to some dudes..

Ed, I think you're right. I've since seen a front-on view and despite the hair looking dark from the back, the front view seemed to indicated a color similar to what your photo shows.

Which ends the train of thought I was on - but it always going to be a long-shot anyway.

Dickerson's FBI statement said she was with Mrs Billy Clay and that she worked in the TSBD for Allyn & Bacon, Inc. I can't identify any male employees of that company on steps - but maybe she using is the term "one of my associates" a little more loosely?

I was thinking a credit manager perhaps...Molina
As he was there on the steps and hung for a bit.

Only other person perhaps whom could be near the light pole and alone is Hendrix, but she made it seem like by the third shot she had already started running for the building (TSBD)

Has she been ruled out for the "Calvery" runner???

I think you're right that it was probably Molina. Which hows how quickly they they were looking at him as a suspect.

A bit too quick.
And alibi didn't matter for Joe.
He still got DPDs full attention, intimidated and threatened, rousted from bed...

Given Bart's finds of the two newspapers stories showed Lee had stayed till 12:45. He should have been questioned, but one can assume Truly and Shelley wanted him gone so he could not establish his alibi on the spot with witnesses like Shelley. Having Lee accused of a cops murder sealed the case and shut off any shouts of innocence from co-workers like Carolyn Arnold.
But what do we expect from Carolyn Arnold-Johnston.
I'd expected she come forward by the 50th to set it all straight
Anywho,
If its not Dickerson standing by AJ Millican then it's an yet unidentified Catholic or German Lutheran school marm.

Very Happy Like I said, my original question was based on a wild long shot. But not that wild!

From behind, she looked to have dark hair. The white blouse and plaid skirt were popular clothing items with a particular dark-haired female who LHO requested not to be brought into this...

But that was ruined when I saw her from front on and it appeared she was a ranga (a red-head).

Another option for the "associate" could be the manager of Allyn and Bacon - Stephen (LN forgotten). The FBI report is unclear whether or not he was there with his wife...

I discount Wilson as he never left his office upstairs and is seen in the office window and I would expect she would say boss or manager.
Pretty sure its Joe.
Pretty much the same thing with Dickerson.
Knowing shes a fire crotch helped.

Id say that two mysteries have been cleared up by your question.

Thanks Bart!

Two purses? The purses must belong to Alonzo - Woodward as that is where and to whom they are behind at their feet.

Or another lady with two purses!!!
