If the file does not balance (reported gain/loss does not = calculated gain/loss), both 151 acknowledgements will show a code of 9999 and the message “FILE REJECTED - Transaction is out of balance.”. This indicates the filing is rejected and not considered to be timely.

Just about none of that is true. The men were associated with other production companies besides the ones named. Pretty sure George is an Armstrong groupie. The FBI NEVER claimed the names were aliases, but Armstrong sure did.

Thanks Greg. So it was an Armstrong deception. Once again another sensational claim turns out to be false. Armstrong should be ashamed of himself. His nonsense has caused so much harm and confusion in the case.
