Yes, it was an unstated bribe.george bailey wrote:One final curious note. In Marina Oswald’s tax return for 1964, she listed a total income of $40,935.05. This is far less than the six figures she was paid for her film that was never made and her other media arrangements (that apparently occurred). If you take that money out, she is still left with $48,350. She is still underreporting her income and in this instance by over $8,000.
Was the $85,000 paid to Marina by Tex-Italia Films considered a “gift” since it was not listed as income? It vanishes and the IRS never follows up on this. Because somebody told them to ignore the discrepancy?
If so, it’s bribe.
But George Bailey is still wrong.
Written on this form is the IRS tax code 9999 -
If the file does not balance (reported gain/loss does not = calculated gain/loss), both 151 acknowledgements will show a code of 9999 and the message “FILE REJECTED - Transaction is out of balance.”. This indicates the filing is rejected and not considered to be timely.

Just about none of that is true. The men were associated with other production companies besides the ones named. They had originally hired the office to edit and distribute a German film with actor Horst Buchholz.george bailey wrote:The three men running Tex-Italia Films were listed as Charles Laster, George V. Douglas and Wesley B. Blankenship. After the office closing they were never heard of again. The FBI ran their names and concluded they were aliases.
Pretty sure George is an Armstrong groupie. The FBI NEVER claimed the names were aliases, but Armstrong sure did.
It is just more bullshit.
I tracked these people down.

Thanks Greg. So it was an Armstrong deception. Once again another sensational claim turns out to be false. Armstrong should be ashamed of himself. His nonsense has caused so much harm and confusion in the case.
