Once again caught making claims without doing one tiny bit of research into alternatives to your own personal bullshit claims.David Joseph wrote:Not so much Tracy...

Shouldn't there only be 2 molars per side if this is the same person as the Lee Oswald the entering Marine?
Here is your fuckin answer dude.
I await your rebuttal which will very likely consist of a 50,000 word data dump on VD.
Most children have 28 of their permanent teeth
by age 13 years. These include four central incisors,
four lateral incisors, eight premolars, four canines
and eight molars.
The last of the permanent teeth to appear are
called “third molars,” or “wisdom teeth.” They usually
begin to erupt—pushing their way through the
gums—between ages 17 and 21 years. Because they
are so far back in the mouth, third molars often are
not needed for chewing and are difficult to keep
clean. Your dentist may recommend their removal
to prevent potential complications when third
molars are erupted partially or are impacted.

My two top wisdom teeth never emerged and they never will. My dentist years ago told me if they don't drop after some point, they get calcified or something like that. You can see them in my dental X-rays just sitting up in there.
My lower right wisdom tooth emerged when I was 20. It came up normally. I had it removed about 10 years later because it developed a small cavity and the dentist said the tooth would likely become a pain in the ass so it was best to just yank it.
My lower left wisdom tooth never came up because it became impacted, it started growing into the back of the molar it was behind. I was 26 when I experienced this. Very painful! I was overseas on an aircraft carrier with full dental capabilities, so I had oral surgery to dig out the tooth.

A likely story. Your dental records from when you were 17 and again from when you were 24 will PROVE beyond all doubt that there were TWO of you.Stan Dane wrote:My two top wisdom teeth never emerged and they never will. STAN Oliver Dane and Stan OLIVER Dane.
And don't try anything sneaky like denying it. I just wrote it, so it must be true.

Jim H. proving he DOES read this site...even if he can't give credit... wrote:It seems to me that most of the missing teeth DJ points out are actually wisdom teeth that had not grown in when Harvey Oswald was in the USMC. He was, after all, a teenager. By 1963, they had grown in. Tooth No. 30 is the mystery here, and so I'm looking forward to your explanation.
What can’t be explained, however, is how that missing front tooth Ed Voebel photographed grew back! That’s pretty good proof that the Oswald Ed Voebel photographed was not the same man exhumed in 1981.
So big Jim has slapped down Joseph's teeth counting and is back to relying solely on Voebel's non-too convincing claim of a maybe possibly, could be, I think knocked out tooth and despicably using Murret by claiming that a trip to the dentist PROVES iseals it ecause why else go to the dentist if not for a missing tooth?
Reality is, if the tooth was knocked out, there was no need to go to a dentist. They would need the tooth and would need to get there quick for it to be reset, while the idea of a bridge was risible. Apart from no testimony about a bridge, and physical evidence of a bridge, there are also no dental records confirming it - and I'm guessing it would have to have been redone at some stage before he was killed because of extra teeth, normal growth of the jaw etc.
On the other hand, a dentist could reset a loose tooth... which is apparently what happened.
